Member Benefits
QCP
providers benefit from being part of a larger provider network,
one that creates and shares efficiencies.
Delegated credentialing
Under Quality Care Partners (QCP) contracts, QCP has "delegated credentialing," which means that member physicians are not required to submit detailed participating provider applications to each of the multiple health plans with which QCP has contracted. Instead, submission of one credentialing or re-credentialing (at least, every three years) application to QCP is all that is required. QCP, in turn, communicates all needed information to each of the contracted health plans. QCP's credentialing standardizes the process, eliminates the duplication of functions, and reduces both the administrative burden and costs for our providers.
