Case Management RN - Medicaid (Non-Exempt)

Role expectations for the Case Manager includes assessing, planning organizing, implementing and evaluating the care delivery system, across the continuum, to enhance quality patient care while simultaneously promoting cost effective resource utilization. This role integrates the functions of utilization management, discharge planning, continuity of care, infection control surveillance and case management. The Case Manager focuses on the needs of patients/clients and their significant others, while maintaining a balance between outcome, cost, and process. Case Managers analyze and trend data results in order to incorporate efforts and information results with existing systems to optimize efficiency of operational systems through strategic quality leadership. Case Managers combine the roles of clinician, collaborator, consultant and educator to accomplish desired clinical outcomes.

Sales Manager (Exempt)

Oversees all sales activity as it relates to all products (Medicare advantage, Medicaid, Individual, Group, fully insured, self funded and Clinically integrated) statewide representing all entities owned by or affiliated with QCP (QCP, OICP, OPPOC). Responsible for ongoing research in terms of new and existing product and service markets that will result in increased market share. Prepares reports and recommendations regarding market potential and competitive intelligence information. Ongoing responsibility for working collaboratively with marketing and public relations specialist to create and improve marketing materials as needed.

Medical Management Director (Exempt)

Role expectations for the Director of Medical Management include: effectively directing the Medical Management program to provide strategy and leadership oversight of the Medical Management Program. Actively promotes an organizational culture committed to high quality customer service to clients and their families, physicians and other members of the health care delivery system. Works collaboratively with contracting departments’ provider relations and administrators for the development and maintenance of clinically appropriate, cost effective care management processes. Develops policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure a focus on outcomes. Ensures that Quality Care Partners is in compliance with Ohio Department of Insurance and Department of Labor Regulations/standards by implementing applicable policies and procedures. Communicates the Medical Management Department Goals and Objectives to the team and plans activities and strategy. Works closely with QCP Compliance department and administration to identify contractual needs in specific areas. Stays abreast of industry trends and new developments to continuously improve the services provided by QCP. Participates in and seeks educational forums for self and staff. Participates in applicable professional organizations.
