Department Assistant

This position is responsible for servicing the needs of customers by receiving phone calls, emails and faxes from customers (e.g., members, providers, TPAs, etc.) Have familiarity with various plan benefit designs and direct caller to appropriate resources. Department Assistants do not interpret clinical information.

Sales and Marketing Analyst

Ongoing responsibility for working collaboratively with Director of Sales and Marketing to gathers, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, assesses company and client needs, receives robust information, and analyzes it, looking for telltale trends or areas for improvement. Create and improve QCP customer products, sales and image. Responsible for working closely with employer groups, benefit representatives, internal and external company and/or vendor reps involved in group set up/implementation and ongoing smooth administration of the health plan offerings.

Payer Credentialing Specialist (Non-Exempt)

Responsible for day to day Credentialing Services tasks to include payer enrollment, revalidations, and other miscellaneous tasks as required by payers; serves as initial point of contact for contracted providers, insurances and other related entities. Assist with policy and procedure interpretation.

Ohio PPO Connect (OPPOC) - Sales Associate

Sales Associate markets company products to consultants, brokers, and payers and directly to corporate prospects throughout OPPOC’s target markets to achieve corporate sales objectives. Ongoing responsibility for working collaboratively with Sales Manager(s) and OPPOC Executive Committee to create and improve OPPOC customer products and sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering their questions about our products and recommending the right solution(s). You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain OPPOC’s culture in excellence standards.
