Quality Care Partners (QCP) was initially developed as a local physician-hospital organization (PHO) incorporated in 1995. At the time QCP consisted of one hospital system and the local physicians from a 4-county area around Zanesville, Ohio. QCP has continued to evolve and change through the years. Today, we pride ourselves on providing a complete range of healthcare benefit management services to help control cost and multiple network solutions for Ohio.

"QCP intervention came at the right time before I had to have so many insurance approvals and needed a better understanding of what was going on. I am extremely grateful for my case manager. I wish I would have known about this service sooner. My diagnosis was very unexpected and scary. I didn't have a clue about what was going on, my choices and my insurance coverage. I am very grateful for the assistance I received from QCP."
